Sales300 creator Russ von Frank is a Certified Coach, Peer Group Facilitator and Sales Professional. He is passionate about helping businesses and anyone involved in sales to be at the top of their sales efforts.

Russ is now also a Certified Coach for Conversation Intelligence (C-IQ) and uses this ground breaking system using the neuroscience of effective conversation in his work.

Russ is currently active Group Chair with COMPELCEOS, LLC, a performance improvement & achievement peer advisory round table company. Prior to COMPELCEOS, Russ worked for many years with Vistage International, Inc. based in San Diego, CA. Vistage is the World’s largest Membership Organization of CEO’s.

As a former insurance agency CEO and owner, Russ has with over thirty-five years experience as a commissioned salesperson in the Property/Casualty industry. He remains an active salesperson to stay current with sales trends and evolving processes.

His primary focus is Executive Coaching, Sales Coaching and facilitation of CEO and Sales Professional peer-to-peer round table discussions. Sales300 is focused on sales process, prospecting pipelines, effective communication and the professional sales mindset.

Russ has participated in numerous sales training courses including Xerox sales training and Sandler Sales.

His education includes an MBA from NYIT School of Business, a BS from Maritime College. He was a Third Officer with the Interlake Steamship Company, and a Lt. US Navy – Merchant Marine Ready Reserve.

Russ is an active EMT/Volunteer Firefighter serving currently as 1st Asst. Chief with the Nissequogue Fire Department a lifelong Rotarian.
